Return & Refund Policy - The Cura Wellness Company

1. Overview
At The Cura, we are committed to providing timely, reliable, and high-quality wellness and diagnostic services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling may be processed.
2. Nature of Services
Due to the sensitive and non-reversible nature of healthcare diagnostics and home sample collections, returns are not applicable once a service has been rendered or a sample has been collected.
3. Cancellations Before Sample Collection
Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled collection time.
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Cancellations After Sample Collection
No refund will be processed if the sample has already been collected, even if the report is still pending.
This is due to the irreversible medical processes and associated costs.
5. Service Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are accepted at least 12 hours before the booked collection time.
Requests are subject to logistical feasibility and availability.
6. Missed Appointments / Inaccessibility
If our phlebotomist reaches your location and is unable to collect the sample due to unavailability, incorrect address, or inaccessibility, → No refund will be issued.
Rebooking will require a new order.
7. Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

8. Exceptions (Refunds May Apply)
Refunds will be considered under the following exceptional cases:
Service not delivered due to company-side cancellation
Duplicate payment made by the user
Incorrect test/package billed due to platform or operator error (with valid documentation)
Note: All such requests must be made within 7 days of the original booking date.
