The Cura Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 28 July 2025
1. The Cura Terms and Conditions
The Cura website and all associated digital platforms operate over HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure). This ensures that all communications between users and the platform are encrypted and protected from unauthorized access.
2. Data Transmission and Protection
All personal health information, test records, and sensitive data submitted by the user are handled in compliance with the Data Protection laws of India. We employ standard data security methods, access controls, and monitoring protocols to protect user data from breach or misuse.
3. Report Handling & Delivery
Diagnostic test reports are generated and securely transmitted via password-protected PDF files or time-limited, OTP-based communication to ensure only the intended user can access them. This mechanism helps maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive medical data.
4. Consent & Acknowledgment
By using this platform, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and give explicit consent for the processing, handling, and secure transmission of your data as per our defined procedures.
5. Booking and Payment
Users can book diagnostic tests via our website, WhatsApp, or phone support. All bookings are considered confirmed once payment is completed. Payment can be made via UPI, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled sample collection time are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days. In case of test failure or lab rejection, re-collection will be offered at no extra cost.
7. Turnaround Time (TAT)
The turnaround time for report delivery varies by test type. Most reports are delivered within 24 to 72 hours. Delays due to uncontrollable circumstances (lab issues, public holidays, sample rejection) will be communicated in advance.
8. Phlebotomist Services
Our mobile phlebotomists are trained, verified, and follow proper hygiene and sample handling protocols. However, The Cura is not liable for any unforeseen reactions or incidents during home sample collection. Users are encouraged to disclose relevant medical conditions during booking.
9. Third-Party Labs
The Cura partners with NABL-accredited diagnostic laboratories. All test analysis and report generation are carried out by these third-party labs. The Cura is not responsible for diagnostic errors or interpretations made by these labs.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Cura is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Diagnostic results are not a substitute for medical consultation. Users are advised to consult their doctor for final diagnosis and treatment.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform, including brand name, graphics, and technology, are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
12. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction limited to the courts of Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh.
