Shipping & Delivery Policy – The Cura Wellness Company

At The Cura, we do not ship physical products. However, we provide home-based diagnostic sample collection services and digital delivery of lab reports. This policy outlines how appointments, collections, and reports are fulfilled.

Home Sample Collection

  • Service Area: Home sample collection is currently available in selected cities and serviceable PIN codes. Availability is confirmed during booking.
  • Booking Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an SMS/email confirmation with your:
    • Appointment date and time slot
    • Assigned phlebotomist details (if applicable)
  • Collection Timings: Standard collection hours: 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM, including weekends and holidays (city-specific). You can select your preferred time slot during booking.
  • Logistics Partners: Our trained phlebotomists or certified medical collection teams will visit your location, following strict hygiene and protocol standards.

Report Delivery

  • Digital Reports: Lab reports are delivered electronically within 24–72 hours from sample collection, depending on the test(s) selected.
  • Delivery Modes: Reports are shared via:
    • Email (registered address)
    • WhatsApp/SMS (on request)
    • User dashboard on www.thecura.co
  • Printed Reports (if applicable): We do not provide printed reports by default. Physical copies may be couriered only on request and may involve a nominal delivery charge.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Delay in Collection: If your appointment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, logistics), our support team will proactively inform you and reschedule if required.
  • Delay in Report Delivery: Any delay in digital report generation due to lab constraints will be communicated transparently via SMS/email.
  • Inaccessible Locations: If your address is unreachable or outside our coverage zone, you will be notified and offered alternatives (nearest center or rescheduling).
